Pre and Post Sales Services    

Jellett Rapid Testing Ltd. prides itself in the level of technical services offered to the customer.  If the customer has a particular application that they would like to use our test for and are unsure as to whether the JRT test can be used then they would contact us to discuss the details.  At our on site facility our experienced staff does the preliminary testing to determine if it is possible for them to use the JRT test. 

Alternatively if the customer is having any problems with the test once they receive it, then we welcome them to contact our office to discuss these problems.   Our staff is always available to help solve any problems that may arise.  This service is included with the test  price.
